• Outputs are returned directly to you

• If enabled, data is de-identified and aggregated

Human Access

We restrict human access aggressively.

Humans may only access content:

• With your explicit permission

• For debugging with anonymized data

• For security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance

We do not review private content for quality, marketing, or model training without consent.

Third-Party AI Providers

Where Vern relies on external AI infrastructure:

• Data is processed under strict contractual limits

• Providers may not retain, train on, or reuse your content

• Access is limited to the minimum necessary
